Narrow infrared multiple heater BU-SSH
Narrow infrared multiple heater is an excellent complement and further development of our filament heater. Both tools can be combined as a construction kit.
The heating source is an infrared lamp with inside gilt to result a better radiation to the workpiece.
The systems heating time is quite short.
Heating zones can be steplessly switched up to 100 mm.
Sheet material up to 20 mm thickness can be quickly and without problem heated with our Narrow Infrared-Heater. Usually no further drying of polycarbon material up to 10 mm thickness is necessary. Broad equal radius can be achieved also with polycarbon sheet by our Narrow Infrared Heater.
Special heating filaments are offered for difficult edgings allowing shorter times of production and making possible to do edgings actually.
To avoid inner tenses the material is posed on strips which can be warmed. To temper the strips we offer suitable equipment.
