Facet polish milling machine BU/FFR/90 it improves the former edge polishing milling machine.
It needs extremely short times for setting-up. The system is flexible and can be handled even by unskilled personnel.
Within short time every square and every facet width can be adjusted.
Right angle material up to 70 mm thickness can be handled. Facets up to 65° angle are possible with a material thickness of 40 mm.
Rotation and support can be regulated steplessly. Even stepless regulation of 0 to 1,00 mm cuts is possible.
Polishing results are singular due to various possibilities of adjustment. After a change of the milling cutter the machine must not be newly adjusted.
For dressing longer or higher workpieces extensions are available.
